Immunization Awareness Programme

Bihar Gramin Vikas Parishad (BGVP), Begusarai has organized Immunization awareness programme with an aim to increase the immunization coverage among the most excluded groups of the community.

About Us

The founder members of the organization were first motivated by the then District magistrate Mr. Vidyasagar (IAS) who started doing social work in the district of Begusarai under the banner of Gram Vikas Lok Sangathan.
Afterwards it was felt that merely serving people and monitoring them to initiate to take lead in every sphere of life and be benefited from the various existing programs and schemes and also demanding services from the government as their rights being a citizen of the nation. Thus the organization Bihar Gramin Vikas Parishad (BGVP) was formed in the year 1988 and registered in the year 1989 to cater to the needs of the public by organizing people and make them aware to their rights and entitlement and their duties as law abiding citizens of a democratic state and strive for self- empowerment and self-reliance.
